Once we become aware of the power of our patterned emotional responses we can now learn to re-train ourselves to develop more productive habits that are consistent with our future goals and goals of the organization. Mastering ourselves in critical moments of tension & stress we can lay a foundation to communicate assertively with those around us and build high performing teams and organizations in the process.
Gain understanding of the power of Patterns and Habits.
Recognize when our actions do not follow our intended outcomes.
Identify the Four Irrational Styles of thinking.
Develop productive decision making strategies.
Practice the ABC’s of unlearning an old habit and creating a new one.
Learn assertive communication techniques to build and foster relationships with different styles.
Create goals and commitments around decision making and assertive communication techniques.
