A discussion over the basic dimensions of diversity to help create a more inclusive workplace to maximize the contribution of all employees.
Vincent K. Winston is the Diversity and Inclusion Manager for Cintas Corporation, where he manages the organization’s diversity and inclusion strategy. Previously, Mr. Winston spent his career in operations, leading Cintas’ West Texas market where he was responsible for three facilities, $10M+ in annual revenue, and over 100 partner-employees. He is a dynamic facilitator, visionary leader, and known for being a problem-solver.
Mr. Winston received two degrees from The University of Oklahoma, the first in Public Affairs and Administration and the other in African and African American Studies. He is very involved in the community and has served on multiple non-profit boards, most notably the Memphis Urban League Young Professionals, Susan G. Komen, Equality Texas, University of Cincinnati School of Business – Business Fellows Program, University of Oklahoma – African and African American Studies Program, and a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. Mr. Winston is passionate about serving and helping people. He lives by the mantra, “service to others is the rent you pay for your room here on earth.”
