The December Member Appreciate Event has been postponed due to the pandemic and we are pivoting to a virtual-only event December 8th. However, we do have several surprises for those at the virtual meeting, so please do make plans to attend.

Session Title: What Pooh Are You?
In this light-hearted interactive presentation, relationship-builder and personality-test junkie Ann Riegle Crichton will help you uncover more about yourself and your employees/ team using the beloved characters from the 100-Acre Wood. You will walk away with a better understanding of your own strengths and weaknesses, and also a few tips for better communication with those around you.
Ann joined the BBB team on February 2020 as the Executive Director of Women in Business Networking and the Center for Business and Consumer Ethics. Previously, she served as the Business Services Librarian for the Dayton Metro Library. She's passionate about connecting people with the right resources, at the right time, so they are better prepared for what comes next in their life. Her areas of expertise include management, public relations, marketing and community engagement.
Ann is currently the 2020 Chair for Dayton SCORE, the first woman ever to serve in that role and an engaged volunteer with the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce. She received national recognition for the SCORE program called Insights for Women in Business, and she is a past Volunteer of the Quarter for the Dayton Chamber. She lives in Centerville with husband, Steve, and twin 11-year old sons.
