Session Description: Once we become aware of the power of our patterned emotional responses we can now learn to re-train ourselves to develop more productive habits that are consistent with our future goals and goals of the organization. Mastering ourselves in critical moments of tension & stress we can lay a foundation to communicate assertively with those around us and build high performing teams and organizations in the process.
  • Gain understanding of the power of Patterns and Habits.
  • Recognize when our actions do not follow our intended outcomes.
  • Identify the Four Irrational Styles of thinking.
  • Develop productive decision making strategies.
  • Practice the ABC’s of unlearning an old habit and creating a new one.
  • Learn assertive communication techniques to build and foster relationships with different styles.
  • Create goals and commitments around decision making and assertive communication techniques.

    • Reservations must be received by 12:00 noon on the Friday before the event and if not, you will be charged an additional $20.00 for your workshop ticket.
    • Cancellations must be received by 12:00 noon on the Friday before the event in order not to be billed.

    All meetings are held at The David H. Ponitz-Sinclair Center which is conveniently located in downtown Dayton.  Sinclair Center can be reached quickly and easily from nearby hotels and highways.
