"Spending What You Deserve on Healthcare," Presented by Jamie Charlton

Session Description: Jamie will facilitate a discussion on alternative options within the health insurance market for small to mid-size businesses as well as educate on alternate means to providing health insurance for your employees. Additionally, he’ll provide better understanding of the reporting that is available and how it allows companies to strategize around health insurance. Lastly, Jamie will discuss what questions to ask insurance providers to better determine the best plan for your company.
Speaker BIo: Jamie Charlton is the founding partner and CEO of Saxon. His primary focus is in the employee benefit arena serving as an employer consultant for businesses seeking to offer a competitive benefits package that complements the employer’s overall business strategy. Jamie is well-versed in consumer-driven models, and believes that benefits should work to enhance both the business and the employee.

The Miami Valley Human Resources Association (formerly the Miami Valley Personnel Association) was organized just prior to the First World War. A number of Dayton Personnel executives met for the purpose of fostering and promoting better methods of maintaining the best possible human relations in industry and commerce.
