The Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Miami Valley Human Resources Association (MVHRA) invites you to join us for Workforce360: 2025! Workforce360 is a dynamic half-day event bringing together Dayton region business leaders, HR professionals and inclusion advocates. New this year, the event will feature a mix of keynote presentations and breakout sessions focused on relevant topics such as mental health in the workplace, employment law updates, cultivating inclusive workplace culture, leveraging AI, and innovative hiring strategies. Throughout the event, attendees will have the opportunity to connect with peers, exchange ideas, and gain valuable insights from a diverse lineup of speakers. Join us to explore effective strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent—and to better understand the evolving needs of our regional workforce.

About Us

The Miami Valley Human Resources Association (formerly the Miami Valley Personnel Association) was organized just prior to the First World War. A number of Dayton Personnel executives met for the purpose of fostering and promoting better methods of maintaining the best possible human relations in industry and commerce. Out of these early experiences so many worthwhile values have evolved that today the Association includes Human Resource professionals from local organizations that comprise a large segment of the business community. All of these industrial and commercial establishments are helped in many ways by their participation in the Association.
