In this session we'll examine how to meet organizational goals and needs through developing your existing talent.
Examine the state of the current job market and the opportunities and challenges presented.
Discuss how to identify skills gaps with existing talent.
Discuss implementing a plan to identify and develop current talent to meet those needs.
