When employees take ownership of the success or failure of tasks, projects, or initiatives, then a more productive environment of trust, alignment, communication, and accountability can be created. Work with hands-on tools and relevant, contemporary examples, which will dramatically help you and your team embrace and demonstrate more accountability for expected deliverables.
