12:00 – Speaker presentation
Session Description: The Carnegie Triangle is a communication theory developed by Dale Carnegie, centered on the idea that effective communication and relationship-building require addressing three key elements simultaneously:
- What you say (Content)
- How you say it (Delivery)
- How you make the other person feel (Emotional connection)
The theory emphasizes that to truly influence, persuade, or connect with others, a communicator must not only focus on the message itself but also the tone, body language, and emotional impact on the listener. The "triangle" metaphor illustrates that all three points are interconnected and equally important for successful interpersonal communication.
