Session Description: Your relationships directly affect your ability to influence others. Building trust and positive connections increases your chances of gaining support for your ideas, especially when you lack formal authority. In this program, you'll assess your network and learn how cultivating these relationships can strengthen your influence.
Learning Objectives:
Identify individuals in your network where stronger connections may be beneficial.
Recognize the strengths of your style (introverted or extroverted) shape your ability to influence and connect with others.
Craft and rehearse the presentation of your idea using five audience-focused steps to persuade your listeners to endorse your proposal.
