Session Description:

Session Bio:
With degrees in psychology, counseling and leadership, Dan Noel is passionate about coaching and mentoring those who desire to become effective leaders. His career paths have landed consistently in non-profit roles including pastoral ministry, licensed counselor, community agency director, consulting, administration, and faculty roles in higher education. He has taught in the college classroom since the early 1990’s, providing guidance in the areas of leadership and leadership development. He has published research in the areas of leadership and spirituality, team cohesion, and audience engagement using mobile-based technologies. Dan has been a presenter at regional and international conferences, and has facilitated leadership training for many organizational groups, including sales, human resources, churches, and others.

He currently serves as a member of the full-time faculty of Organizational Leadership at Wright State University. He also directs Community-Based Learning for the Department of Leadership Studies in Education and Organizations, providing supervision for hundreds of students who serve at various non-profit organizations throughout the Miami Valley and beyond. He resides in Springboro, Ohio, with his wife Amy. They have three college-aged sons.

• Reservations must be received by 12:00 noon on the Friday before the event and if not, you will be charged an additional $ 5.00 for your luncheon ticket.
• Cancellations must be received by 12:00 noon on the Friday before the event in order not to be billed.

All meetings are held at The David H. Ponitz-Sinclair Center which is conveniently located in downtown Dayton.  Sinclair Center can be reached quickly and easily from nearby hotels and highways.
